Hi, I just spent 10 minutes looking and couldn’t find anything other than the first dibs listing. I would try dating the shawl based off of the tag (i think c. 2010-2018) and then checking the artists that produced for hermes at the time. Best of luck, would love to know if you find out more!
It’s a pretty design. But the tag looks very suspicious and you can see several areas where the ink is either “colored outside the lines” or doesn’t quite reach the edge of the lines. Those are red flags 
I’ve searched various databases - not coming up with any particular design name. I too am puzzled by that care tag.
