Have been searching online for the name of this shawl, approx. 70” x 27” and can’t find anywhere. Have asked Hermes but received on reply. Is lovely soft silk. Can provide more photos if anyone is interested in seeing them.

Hi Kate - and welcome to the site. Your scarf…. hmm…. I don’t know this one personally. But a Google lens search suggests various examples, called variously “Bolduc” or “Bolduc Reawake”. However, there appear to be different variants on the classic “Bolduc” design (which has a much more dense pattern of interwoven ribbons), only one of which is similar to yours. A number of resale sites have a triangle scarf very similar to yours - see for example Hermès Bolduc Triangle who is a very well regarded resaler, or Hermès | Accessories | Hermes Bolduc Gavroche Vintage 45cm White Multi Color | Poshmark which is not a site I know personally.

Thank you, Carolyn, I appreciate your taking the time to reply. I did a google search and found that Bolduc design, but it’s different from this one. It has a ribbon motif, like the ribbons on the Hermes boxes, and has a prominent bow in the design. This one does not. No bow and larger text on the rows in the pattern. I would be surprised if it is also named Bolduc.
I did find one photo online the exact same as mine, for sale in England. None of the others I found online are the same. I sent a DM to Hermes on Instagram with a photo but they have not replied. And I have endlessly searched Hermes scarf/shawl images online and never came up with this one. It is a mystery so far but would appreciate anyone else jumping in here with information.
