Not sure of name of the design, but it might be a variation on Mors a la connetable (1970), issued for the 1972 Olympics. I have seen a suggestion that the designer was Henri d’Origny but I have not seen confirmation of this so far. I’d be interested if anyone has any confirmed information! Carolyn
